常常听人家说，要别人爱你，你就要先自己爱自己，说是容易，但真正做到的，又有几人？一直以来，我都觉得我很爱自己。。。直到那天和个朋友聊天，才发觉我并没有想象中，那么爱自己。。。
从来，就很在意别人的眼光，觉得自己不够好，不够聪明，不够高，不够美，不够白，不太会撒娇，太独立，太胖,太静，太多太多的不满了。。。
爱自己，不是自恋，而是肯定自己
如果自己都不能肯定自己，
如何让别人来肯定自己呢？
大多数的人，都应为太在意世俗的眼光，
而活不出自我。
活在世俗的定意下，
做公认的好学生，好女孩，
但是并不快乐。
放下那些不适合自己的约束，
变得更容易接受自己，更有自信，
哇。。。世界也变得更美了
